When the protagonist’s desire meets with obstacles from the antagonist-whether human, machine, society, circumstance etc-there is always conflict. That’s the case with “Glass Glimpse” the movie.
ISRAEL has always wanted a house of his own before getting married; so when his mother finally succeeds in arranging his marriage to her “ideal” daughter in-law, he gathers his savings and buys a house just before the marriage to LAURA, a cool-headed, romantic and pure art freelancer. When the newlyweds move into their new house which is directly adjacent another mansion, Israel offers Laura a room as her work space.
This room which happens to face their neighbor’s master’s bedroom would later aid Laura to get al very clear view of either an actual frame or a silhouette of what goes on in their privacy…But to what effect to their miserable love life, devoid of the initial courtship? What happens to their unromantic marriage thereafter?
But Laura looks forward daily to the scene until the fateful day she witnesses a gory event and calls the emergency line! A Special Agent from the Attorney General’s office arrives Laura’s door, and the next few days would be the most complicated and twisted for Laura and Israel.
